All fish items are subject to market availability. If any item is unavailable at the time of processing, a full refund will be issued to the customer.
⏰2. Order Confirmation Time
Orders placed between 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM will be confirmed within 2–3 hours after successful payment verification.
Orders placed after 10:00 PM will be processed and confirmed the next morning.

We manually verify all payments. Customers must provide the correct UTR (Transaction ID) after completing payment for order confirmation.

Customers must pay the exact amount displayed on the payment page. If a different amount is paid, the order will be automatically cancelled and no refund will be issued.

Submitting a fake UTR, fraudulent transaction ID, or any manipulated payment screenshot is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate order cancellation and permanent account ban.

If a customer is found to have submitted a fake payment or incorrect UTR intentionally, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

FreshCatch Kolkata reserves the right to take legal action against any individual found to be engaging in fraud, fake payments, or any attempt to deceive our platform. This includes reporting to cybercrime authorities under applicable Indian law.

Any user found placing repeated fake orders, providing false delivery information, or attempting to misuse the platform will be permanently banned from using FreshCatch Kolkata.
